a pharmacist at Minfeng Pharmacy , said that many people often drink coffee or
tea to freshen up . Excessive amount of coffee and tea will over stimulate the
digest system---stomach and intestine---and cause an increase in gastric acid
secretion . People with more sensitive bodies need to be especially careful
about it .
While Chou Chia-ju (周家如),
a pharmacist at Yongan Pharmacy , said that vitamins containing antioxidant components
(抗氧化成分)can help one to stay health, and Vitamin C (維生素C )
, vitamin E (維生素E ) and beta -carotene 。(B-胡蘿蔔素)are
the best . These vitamins are available in foods and fruits that people can
easily get , such as vitamin C from guavas and oranges , vitamin E from almonds
and wheat and beta-carotene from carrots .
And doctor Hsiao Liang-chi
(蕭曉綺)of Shining Chinese Medical Clinic graduated
from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine with a master's degree .
Hsiao said that people feeling out of spirits are deficient in qi (氣)and

minutes each time can improve your vitality , " said Hsiao . "
Zusanli (足三里穴)is the point which is good for strengthening
the spleen and stomach . " She suggested pressing the Zusanli point
between 7 and 9 a . m .

Hsiao always advises patients not to stay up late . " It is better to
sleep before 10 p . m . ( no later than 2
